The Schedule:

  • Arrive in Madison Friday evening.

  • Open field and facilities at MC. BP Friday 6:00 PM - Whenever. (Note: We have been warned not to bring alcohol on campus.)

  • Meet at Deerfield Saturday morning at 7:30.

  • Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Golf at Deerfield. Lunch at Deerfield afterwards.

  • 1:00 Travel to Bear Track Farms in Valley Park, MS for the night.

  • Sunday morning “Fun With Guns”.

  • Back in Madison Sunday around noon.

The Accommodations:

Friday Night - We will eat at the field. Bring your glove. We will have a photographer.

Saturday Morning - Drive or carpool to Deerfield.

Saturday Afternoon - Lunch at golf course. Bring your own golf clubs.

Saturday Evening - Travel in as few vehicles as possible to Bear Track Farms. We will cook a big ass dinner.

Sunday Morning - We will cook a big ass breakfast.

The Pricing:

All meals and events have been paid for ahead of time, with the exception of lunch on Saturday. If you would like to contribute, we propose the following:

Friday night: $10.00 per person
Golf on Saturday: $60.00 per person
Bear Track Farms: $30.00 per person

Note: We will be stopping on the way to Bear Track for beer. If you want something fancy, bring it with you.
